Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Rederm products. If something is not right, here is everything you need to know about returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Return Window
You can initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items

Products purchased on sale or at a discounted price.
No return or exchange will be entertained for any product purchased as part of a discount offer.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a wrong or damaged item received. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition for a refund. Courier service charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Once your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
