Thank you for shopping with Rederm Aesthetics. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be delivered across Pakistan.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days after your order is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with your tracking details.
Delivery Time
Orders within Pakistan are typically delivered within 3 to 4 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and courier conditions.
Shipping Charges
• Free delivery on all orders above Rs. 2,500.
• A standard delivery charge applies to orders below Rs. 2,500 and will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Cash on Delivery
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. You can pay in cash to the courier at the time your order is delivered. Please keep the exact amount ready to make delivery smooth and contactless where possible.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by SMS or email. You can track your order status at any time using the Track Your Order link in the website footer.
Delays
While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to courier disruptions, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help resolve it.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct and complete at checkout. Rederm Aesthetics is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Returns & refunds
We want you to love your Rederm products. If something is not right, here is everything you need to know about returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Return Window
You can initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
• Samples and free gifts.
• Products purchased on sale or at a discounted price.
No return or exchange will be entertained for any product purchased as part of a discount offer.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a wrong or damaged item received. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition for a refund. Courier service charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Once your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
